What is a healthy breakfast that I can eat in the morning and will only take 15 min or less? And keeps me full till lunch time?
i am jumping on the bandwagon and saying OATMEAL. i used to make it for my kids with apple chunks cooked in the water before adding the oats and brown sugar. and also with raisins.
Oatmeal with egg whites.
Scrambled eggs with toast
oatmeal with berries and soymilk.
Bagel or English muffin with peanut butter.
Steel cut oatmeal with pear jelly.
