When I want my friends to do something they say they feel forced because i use my eyes to convince them to do stuff. Is this bad or rude?

My friend said it is almost like the compulsion from the vampire diaries, but it of course isn't. so yeah any way I dont realize i am doing it and how can I stop. i am a 14 year old boy btw.

All you need to do is to talk to them about this and tell them to be frank with you more when they think that you have used your eyes to convince them. This may be something they are just building in their mind or may be the expression on your face when requesting for something may be very convincing or pleading; hence, the need to change it.

Why are you asking your friends to do stuff? Just stop asking and stop staring at me!

Tell your friends to be truthful at the time you ask them to do something and then just accept their answer without giving them any pressure.
