What are some real healthy food, snacks and drinks that I can use in my diet?

what snacks are healthy that'll be good for me I bring to school besides my usual orange?

Any fruit or vegetable! An easy one would be mini carrots or celery :)

my friend ate only fruits and vegs. for a whole week and dropped 10 lbs. (when you eat celery you are actually burning calories.)

I follow my cravings in moderation. I figure if I'm craving meat, my body needs protein or something that's in meat. I get cravings every so often for grapefruit juice, so maybe that's the body telling me I need vitamin C. I also try to only eat when I'm hungry. Eating on a schedule can lead to being overweight. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor.

nuts are a healthy snack. (unless you have problems with constipation) the best way to stop cravings, is to cut out the sources of them. if you love candy, dont eat candy, after a week or two. you wont crave it anymore. and with the drinks. dont drink anything other than water. i haven't drank soda in months. and i feel so much more alive than i did before. allow yourself 8 ounces of orange juice or milk in the mornings with breakfast. but be sure to eat 3 meals a day with 2 small snacks. and the best thing to do for a diet, don't eat any more than the serving size states on the box for anything. portion control is a very big deal in dieting. sorry to get off topic a little. but fruits and veggies are great snacks. one serving of lowfat yogurt is always good too. im not big on veggies though and fruit is expensive. you can always get the quaker rice cakes or rice poppers. only one serving though! special k has a lot of yummy snacks. fiber one bars are always a good snack too
