If i want to just tone my arms and mid section, wouldn't i just have to do cardio that works with the butt so i can keep my butt?

i want to tone but i want to keep my butt so what would i have to do to keep it?

Cardio has nothing to do with tge upper body or the but. Just do sit ups and pull ups.
