I downloaded iOS 5 to my 3Gs iPhone. Now my Contact #s & info are missing. How do I get them back?Simple directions,please. I'm a beginner.

You can get your contacts back by plugging your phone into your PC and recover your contacts from iTunes. You can sync your iPhone and get all your contact. These links have more information http://www.ehow.com/how_5645486_recover-contacts-iphone.html and http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414.

Disconnect your phone from your computer, reconnect it and then sync. it. Not guaranteed to help, but it's worth a shot.
