I dealt with acne for a very long time and I know it is extremely frustrating so I'm sorry. What worked best for me was the "generic" version of pro-active that can be purchased at Walmart or ulta. It's called acne-free. The regular one is white bottle, orange lettering. Works better than the sensitive skin or the advanced care. I really hope this helps!
I had it really bad for 2 years, it's finally getting better. What I do is wash my face in the morning and at night, use acne cream from the doctor (if you don't have any go get some), and sleep with a clean towel on your pillow. Think about how many night you sleep and sweat on you pillow without washing it, and all the dead skin that must bild up on it. Do this and hopefully it will get better. It will not be sudden, it could take up to a month or more. Good luck!
I use a oil free acne wash by Neutrogena. It leaves your face (or wherever you have the acne) feeling soft and refreshed! Over time with a regular washing routine it should definitely help clear it up! (:
Go to the drugstore and buy some campho Phenique, it's an antiseptic. Put it on your acne everytime you wash your face, which should be about 3 times a day. It will take about a month but I guarantee you will be presently surprised!!
