Whats a good tasting healthy after school snack?

im smacking too much and starting to put a abnormal gain on weight I'm only so young is it natarul for me to do this I'm only in middle school!

No, it's not natural or wanted, but many people do so, and are overweight.
www.thecaloriecounter.com; is a great place to see the calories in about all foods. Keep your daily (24 hrs) intake to 2000 calories, and you shouldn't gain or lose weight. You are probably eating/drinking much more than that daily now, so if you will cut back on high calorie foods, you will lose weight.
Bread is high calorie, so snack on fruits, veggies, water, or low cal drinks. One 16 oz Coca cola or pepsi has 200 cals. Look on the package, on the back, to see how many cals. it is.
