Whats a normal age for a girl to get a cell phone?

I really want one and my dad was thinking about it in November and I didn't get one for Christmas and my birthdays in may should I ask for one or wait? THANKS

I don't think there's a "regular" age. I think it depends on maturity, responsibility and necessity. .

Be polite, courteous, respectful, help around the house when needed etc. hope that helps :)

Take charge, help clear the table after meals, keep your room clean make you bed in the mornings, don't talk back, focus on your school work, maybe keep a small part-time job and pay for it yourself. But most importantly respect your parents decision.

The elementary school I used to work I couldn't believe the kindergarden kids with cell phones! Yikes

I didn't get one until I was 21 years old. Mainly because I was responsible for paying for it myself. So I think when you have a job and have to money to pay for it.
