About monthly payments on dell computers.

I wanted to get one of dell's alienware desktops, but they are so expensive!!! but then i saw that i can make monthly payments, for example, i could pay 60$ a month for 23 years to pay off a 2000$ computer BUT the interest makes me pay it over 23 years because im being charged interest, so over 23 years i would be paying 18000$ for a 2000$ computer... they also have the choice to minimize interest and pay an addition 50$ per month so ghe payments end faster, and i instead pay 2200$ for a 2000$ computer, less years, higher payments, less interest, but in affordable to me.. I need to know if these pay per month on pc deals are worth it? or am i better off just saving 60$ a month for 4 years? My concern is that the pc wont last 23 years, and i will be paying for it long after the computer has died and there will bigger better and faster computers. i need advice on this please! and if you have any good custom pc building websites that are reliable that would be appreciated!

That chart is a warning about paying the minimum amount due, and to always try to pay it off faster. It's not really a payment schedule. I've seen it on other credit places, and it really is an eye-opener about how bad it can be if you just pay the minimum...

Why would you want to pay the minimum amount the whole time??! that's just stupid. If you can afford more then pay more, don't just dig yourself deeper into a hole of debt just because it's easier to pay less now, but for longer.

Besides you don't need a 2000$ computer trust me. Go to best buy and check some out, I got mine for like 700 and it is freakin awesome, fast as hell, and has a lot of memory. Just look around and choose what computer meets your needs.
