Can you do more than one muscle group in one workout

Like for power lifting if I were to do a full exercise for my chest with heavy weights and like 4 sets of 6-8 reps of each exercise could I than go and do like my power lifting for shoulders and do my exercise for that in the same workout session?

yes. most workouts are geared 2 target 2 muscle groups a workout. example, chest and tricepts. back and bicepts. (shoulders are such a smal group, we squeeze um in with chest day) legs are a large muscle group and should be treated as such. hit um hard by themselves 2 times a week. if your legs grow, the rest of you grows automatically with them!!! end legs with hack or rack squats. squat till you cant squat anymore, rack it then ass cheeks 2 heals, spring 2 a full jump and repeat till you cant anymore! this may seem crazy but any1 who laughs will be doing it themselves after they see the results you'll be gaining in less than 8 weeks!!! always eat like 10 men if u want 2 be as strong as 10 men! We would also rotate caves and abbs every other day. Dont 4get 20 good mins cardio a day. earlier in morning, burns calories ALL day long! (morning/day/night being when u wake till u sleep) eating diet of 8,600 calories a day. complex carbs. high protien, low fats....6'1tall...247lbs...30 inch waist... bouna fortuna fratello picolo

Any shoulder work out does traps upper shoulder
Your upper back
And if it's free weight it works your center
