Well I used to but now I love it. You see I build muscle very fast so it is cool to see your body change., Bigger arms, stronger legs, six pack forming, its cool. What really started me on working out is I really want to be a billionaire...if not that at the least a millionaire. Its my belief you have to strive for perfection everywhere in life to do that. So I just started disciplining myself to workout at least 3 times a week if not everyday. Life is about discipline so its just about disciplining yourself. I also want to learn krav Maga, and you have to be in great shape to do that.
Look your health and wellbeing are your responsibility. to do anything less is criminal. exercise can be sweeping the floor mopping dusting baking breads and anything thing else that supports you and makes your life better. not running on a treadmill(hamster people) Americans are under some impression that it's up to health food/ exercise equipment people to keep you healthy. The bottom line is; they have a bottom line. whether you're healthy or not. keeping yourself healthy is imperative and always fun. as is life
We don't like exercise because it is a form of work. The easiest way to make it more palatable is to do something else you like to do while doing it. Some examples are reading, studying, watching TV, and listening to music.
