How can I loose weight?

ts I'm 6, 1... 164 pounds. I have more fat than muscle on my build and feel am not to confident in the way I look. People say I'm not fat but I don't believe them, I just want that toned look. I have man boobs and that's my key concern. I want them gone! I need a way to also get my arms toned. They aren't to built right now. Thanks If more info is needed just comment.

My bday was 4 days ago and my sis in law got me the 10 minute work out dvd pack set. It is really working. Its only 10 minutes out of ur day. And it has been showing results. But u have 2 commit 2 it.

Easy, run a.fee miles every day, and do a few hundred push-ups a day and u will be toned in no time.

Eat breakfast and drink plenty of water. (They boost your metabolism) I checked your bmi and you have a 21, you are in the middle of normal for men. If you are going to start working out (running, lifting weights, ect...) take it slowly and add on the amount of time you spend working out so that you will be less likely to quit.
