Eating once a day is definitely not healthy for you! As long as your choosing healthy foods, there's nothing else you can really do. You could have a slow metabolism and that's 100% ok! Focus on the things that are beautiful about you and stop worrying about your flaws!
only eating one a day is very unhealthy in some cases it can make you gain weight, eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. choose the correct foods that make a well balanced diet like a salad. Try running in some thing hot like sweats it burns more calories, try sit ups and some cardio too. Its takes a while so don't give up and you'll get there! :)
You need to spread out eating throughout the day. Plan a menu for each eating period for the week. Notice I did not say "meal." You need to have a series of eating times. A first thing in the morning, a mid-day, a evening and one in between each of them for a total of five. If you plan ahead, you can have an appropriate calorie intake and make sure you are getting the proper nutrients.
With one meal a day, you are starving and spiking, and your body is trying to hold onto what it can while it can.
Eat more smaller meals, but avoid any high sugar foods because it will raise your blood sugar and triggar your body to store fat, on the other hand, dont cut every drop of sugar out of your diet because your body will go into survival mode and store all foods as fat. Also avoid anything high in trans fat. This can clog your arteries and ultimately just sit and collect as belly fat. Third, make sure you have a good carb/ protien ratio. Lastly, avoid stressing out! This caused your body to crave foods and, if you arent constantly working out, it will store fat because it thinks you are physically in danger like if you had to run out of a burning building, instead of mentally 'in danger' like a ton of homework, or friendship/relationship problems. So, try cutting stress out and the fat will come off alot easier! Exercise and get enough sleep.
If you're already at a good weight, trying to knock off more pounds will be slow and difficult. The kind of regimen you describe would cause an overweight person to drop pounds quickly and in quantity. You might also be adding muscle which weighs more than fat so you might even gain weight instead of losing it. If you're at a good weight, be happy and don't worry about it.
Try finding ways to love yourself then change yourself or your body so many people are worried about there body image and honestly being skinny isn't always what you think is beautiful i seen alot of people with different shapes and sizes that look just as pretty as skinny girls its all about confidence.Confidence is what makes a person sexy not looks if you believe and love yourself everyone else will too and alot of guys think confidence and being healthy by eatting is great on a women

First off you look fine second eating lite and sports if your really serious do aerobics or exercises don't worry it's just a little winter flab oh and eating a big breakfast and light dinner helps keep you full but not STARVING,EAT!!!!
In my opinion you have to control your diet.Please avoid fast food.You have to do regular exercise and yoga.It play an important role in our healthy life.Please do not take tension too much about this.
