How can I regain my flexibility back in my hamstring muscle?

Hey, My names Peyton, A couple of weeks ago I partially tore my hamstring. The bad thing is I need to be better in 5 days for cheer tryouts. I need to be able to do things such as cartwheels, walkovers, hand stands, and splits. Is it safe to try these things? and how can I regain my flexibility back in my hamstring muscle?

Strengthening the hamstring may help to repair the damage done. Perform the toe pull by kneeling down on your left knee and then place the right leg out in front with the heel on the ground. Another exercise you can perform is the chair stretch. Read more on http://www.livestrong.com/article/307677-exercises-to-improve-hamstring-injury/.

Flex it with a couple reps daily. Build it up - but don't go too fast, you'll damage it again.

Sit at a slope in a chair and slowly streach your leg out to full streach and slowly return if it hurts put heat on it (not ice)
