Yes, Depression must be managed. First, she needs a complete checkup and to have a blood draw to have her hormone balanced checked. 1. Tell her to go on a Mediterranean Diet. 2. Stay hydrated. No Fast Food 3. Exercise daily 30 minute brisk walk. 4. See a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Get Plenty of Sunlight. 5. Read: The Road Less Traveled by Scott Peck. 6.
