Yes, in my opinion do not get low fat. Low fat anything means they have processed it and taken nutrients out. Get whole organic greek yogurt. I really stress the organic part, it doesn't matter if it's greek or a great brand or anything, if it is not organic that usually means they have messed with the cultures or heat treated it and the bacterias that are good for your stomach are gone, so it's not good for you at all after that.
Yogurt is very good for you. So is kefir, you might want to look into getting some of that. It has some of the same benefits as yogurt.
