Both have good benefits but I would go for a night or evening work out. That way you can work off what you've eaten throughout the day and wear yourself out a little to go to sleep a little easier. Not to mention it kind of ends the day with a bit of confidence and stays until the next morning- it's like a small sort of achievement.
umm well both i guess when u workout in the morning it gets u energized for the day but when u workout at night u do a good workout and u will have a faster metabolism if the workout was good,, both are good in different ways i guess do a really good workout at night and then like go on a run in the morning to get u up or something..
night because you can hit the shower or soak in a nice hot bath and then knock out to bed i think with going to work and working out in the morning would be to much pain on your body trust me if ur working out for a hour and u get sore you are not gonna be in the mood to wanna go to work after that and lift or touch anything heavy
Morning because the you can spend time with who you like or love because face it, if you work at night then you'll have to nap like a little baby and then work. I'd rather sleep at a good schedule than napping and staying up at night like an owl.
