How does Eminem look so young?

In his recovery album stage eminem looked like he was finally showing some signs of aging after defying it for 10 years, then I see him in a video with 50 cent that was posted in november 2012, he looked young again, and no, he didn't have plastic surgery.

Lighting has a lot to do with how good famous people look, but also it is his natural inheritance.
