How to get a full cheerleading pike back?

i got hurt and now i cant do it anymore any help?

I'm a cheerleader so I know you can get lost skills back.
1:stretch all 3 splits for sure
2: practice jumps with 5-10 pound weights on both ankles then take them off after 5-10 mins it helps trust me
3: practice jumps on a trampoline and on the ground
4: you might half to "relearn" but it can come back with hard work :) best of luck

I don't know much about cheer leading , but I was in foot ball and my friend broke his arm . He just went to physical therapy then and got better I helped him get back into shape and he was good as new . Just get better than practice you will get your game back. good luck

I got hurt but I still have a lot of things to do, and when I ask for help, I have some direction.

So maybe you are just a little bit confused about your life? Then it should be a good advice that you try to learn more about your life, do anything you can do.
