Drink lots of fluids! If you're still vomiting don't eat anything. If you haven't vomited in the last 24 hours try eating some saltines or dry toast. When you feel like you can keep something down try some chicken noodle soup. Unfortunately the flu is a virus and it has to run it's course so nothing will get "rid of it" but with plenty of rest and lots of fluids you should be feeling better in no time. Get well soon!
Hot tea mixed with honey and lime, delicious soups, fruits, juice, water and medication. Also, if you get a fever make sure to pass a cold cloth along your body. It will be uncomfortable, but will reduce your temperature. Make sure to get a lot of rest. Brush your teeth often ( and make sure to spray your brush after you use it. I use alcohol). Feel better!
