How to fix a toothache at home

I tried the 3d crest whitestrips and now my teeth are aching. How can you heal this or will this go away on its own.

it will go away on its own .. dont ever use those whitening strips the stuff in it .. i think its bleach .. actually damages your teeth , burns through some and can cause long term extreme sensitive teeth

Use Oragel on your gums or spray with Chloreseptic. This will numb and help the pain... Discontinue use of strips....

Try oragel or it will eventually go away on it's own...

It will pass. Some people are more sensitive to the strips than others. Rinse your mouth with room temperature water.

ok here's a few things to try.
1. to ease the pain 1/2 way. u put an ear plug in the ear of the side that the pain is on.
2. be careful and carefully apply some, supper glue over the tooth that hurts. trying to only get it on the tooth and no place else.
3. yes to the orgel, but take an asprin and crush it up and add some orgel to the asprin. then with a cue tip(try to take most of the cotton off of one end while applying) apply to the sore tooth. let the Spring dissolve on the tooth for at least 5 mins not to disturb the applicant.
if no oragel? just set an asprin on the tooth and let it dissolve on the tooth.
good luck. my best helper when I'm in pain truely is that of the ear plug. :)

You want him to put super glue on all of his teeth? His pain is from using crest whitening strips. I though maybe you read the question wrong, sorry!

Yeah, that is a strange one... Heard of the Asperin way, but Super Glue?
Do you use the earplug trick for Headaches?

for a cavity:Clean your tooth then add a clove. This is a spice you can get at a grocery store. you will need to see a dentist. however there are over the counter cavityfill products available through some dept store pharmacies. while these are not recommended over a dentist they can help. remember if you have one tooth bad enough to ache you have to take care of your mouth as a whole. brush twice a day using a new tooth. your toothbrush itself needs to be kept clean. flosh. also try a dental college if you are low on funds.

The sensitivity will pass, or if it's too much, just stop for a week and then try to continue again. But keep in mind, those strips cause this.
