Bearded dragon help.
Can I cut a regular sized mealworm and feed it to my 2 month old beardie?
Here's a link on good diet for bearded dragons, with extra info on what's best for juveniles and also what bugs are toxic to them (like fireflies). Also some good advice for diet after a molt. http://exoticpets.about.com/cs/lizardsaspets/a/beardeddragons_3.htmThis link says no mealworms to beardies under 4 months because their gut can get impacted by the chitin, and limit amount of mealworms even to adults (same reason).http://lllreptile.com/info/library/care-and-husbandry-articles/-/tips-for-raising-baby-bearded-dragons-in-captivity/This is a really informative link (scroll down for Feeding info. For instance, no food longer than the distance between the beardie's eyes. -- VERY detailed info on diet by weeks of age, from baby to adult:http://pogopogona.com/feeding-bearded-dragons/feeding-baby-bearded-dragons
Try googling it.
