Advice on anger management?

at times i get so angry i feel my head would explode,, have u felt like this? what solution have u come up with..

No, I have never felt like this.
But I suggest you start running whenever you feel like that.
I promise it works, go out and breathe some fresh air.
When you see yourself at that point, get away from people.
And run please, it really works.

I think you have to try to find the reason of your problem and you have to be able to express yourself to others.

I don't know why we have to manage our anger and adapt ourselves to the society?

Maybe it is too difficult to change our living environment, but I think we have already been not able to judge right and wrong now.

Anytime I have felt like that is because I have held back some emotion before, or something that was bothering me, only to have it surface while dealing with another issue. I found if I am honest and tell someone that something is bothering me than they don't pile up and all come out at once, causing that explosive feeling. When you feel that way it is just best to walk or run it off.
