I sometimes find that I can't go more than 3 hours without eating some sort of carbohydrates. Could this be a problem?
The kinds of carbs I'm referring to aren't the typical 'junk foods' that usually comes with the association of carbs. More along the lines of pasta, bread, snack pretzels, crackers, bagels, wheat-based cereal, etc. I'm also an athlete, and have practice anywhere from 2-4 hours a day.
