Lack of sleep, warped thoughts, George Bush, nervousness, sometimes depression, eating habits change and much more.

no focus, unable to deal with even the simple things like what to eat, sleep all the time or never sleep, obsessive behaviour, Basically your brain is scrambling for a foot hold and can't find one.
