Assistance for felons

i am a class A felon what are the guidelines for government assistance

Your parole officer should have supplied you with this information.

This is something that you will have to talk to your parole officer about. Your officer is supposed to supply you with all the information you need to get back to normal life in society. If you can't contact him, which is highly unlikely, you can talk to your state's department of corrections.
