How do you loose weight easily

even though im not fat i still want to loose weight..

Even though you are not fat why do you wanna loose weight !?
It is not about loosing/gaining weight, it is about having ideal/healthy weight that you should have/maintain...

Do you eat/drink more than 2000 calories a day (24 hrs)? The average person needs only 2000 cals. a day to neither gain nor lose weight.
www.thecaloriecounter.com; has almost all foods calories, that you can count each day to see how you are doing. One french fry, fried in oil, has 10 calories!

Join the military & go to war. It's 800 degrees out, who eats? We had guys coming back minus 40 or 50 lbs. Of course the easiest & fastest way is to make sure that you're always standing between a number of fat people-Look Mo no ABs--but you'll look good

exercise alot, take up a martial art and start training at it with purpose, once you get good at it, the exercise will start to make you lose any uneccesary fat from your body very quickly, and you will build some lean muscle.

Do low carb. You can lose weight fast, but if you go off of it, you'll gain it back easily.
