Do the people on my strange addictions make it up to get on tv?

Report as

I'm pretty sure that they do. If not, then this world is totally messed up. I'm pretty sure that they only do it for attention and money... Hope this helped!(:

Possibly, but why? What are they getting out of it, so they get 15 minutes of fame, they just told the world that they're addicted to eating toilet paper or something. Also if its all a fake how can you endure putting yourself through some of those those thi gs just to be on TV.

I have no idea but some people out there, they just need their heads to be fixed. I'm not trying to be mean or anything.. I just think it's very non-smart...

You name it, and somewhere in the world is someone addicted to/obsessed with "it." And somewhere else is someone who will sell it to the addict if the addict has enough money.

Trisha Paytus is an actress, she was hired to talk about a nonexistent tanning addiction. I'd say yes, at least some of the time,

Well yes and no, some people have serious issues, the next time u watch an episode watch the persons face when they do their "addiction" like, that one episode where the girl eats toilet paper, watch her face when she eats it.

No sadly. Not always. There are mental disturbances that can cause such things. Pica, eating non-edible things, is fairly common. Its a type of OCD i believe. Many of those wierd obsessions stem from true OCD and anxiety disorders that can very easily take over someones life.
