is there any kind of strategy to solitaire?

The kind of strategy there is to the game depends on which solitaire game you are playing. Several of the solitaire games are near 100% chance and it just depends on how the deck is stacked.

There are some Solitaire games that have various strategies you can use to increase the likelihood that you will win even when the odds are against you. Some solitaire games are nearly impossible to win, but with the right strategy you can get a high score at least, and each time you can try to improve it. In my personal experience I have found different strategies to use in Klondike Solitaire and also Spider Solitaire to help me win more often. No. Just luck. however if you're good, computer solitaire is almost always winnable.

I always found it hard to play, since if you cheat, the other party always knows :-)
