Dont worry i was the same way.. but i got over my stage fright with my friends helping me. If you have a best friend or a really close friend then if you sing then sing in front of them and if you dance, dance in front of them. It all just depends on what you do but if your friend is a true friend then they will help you through anything and everything.
First of all: Nice pic. Now here: Practice. Do a quick exercise before you go out. Get your feelings all broke in. Don't think about messing up. Bring extra pants. (Just in case) Use deodorant. Have fun. Have a hell of a time!

In acting, it is all about the character, and your character is not defined by what other people think of you, it is defined by your actions, you should not care what other people think of you. You should care about what you think about yourself. you are the actor, if you make a mistake, you'll be the first to know. You are your most critical critic. If you are happy with your performance, then chances are everyone else will think well of you too ~Coofwip Out!~
I always look above the audience's heads. Other than that, I know that if I rehearse long enough and know my lines, I will be fine. And if you're talking about acting, think of it like this: you are not you. You are someone else. Also, practicing in front of a mirror is awesome. Make sure to look at yourself in the eyes. If you're comfortable with that, do it in front of friends. Hope this helps and good luck :)
I have horrible stage fright! And guess what I stood up and faced my stage fright! I do still have stage fright but it is not as bad as it was before. I even sent an online audition for X Factor too. Just because you have stage fright do not let it keep you from sharing something that you love to do and are great at doing with the world. I never let my stage fright stop me from singing in front of millions of people.
you do not need 2! it is good 4 u! if you have it, face it! and if your outfit has or lets you wear jewelery, you can get a luck charm! if u still need more help, check this site: http://www.wikihow.com/Overcome-Stage-Fright !! it has 10 steps!
Picture the audience in there underwear or picture that they never where there. You can also practice with one or two people. Don't think about the audience or look at them straight in the eye. That will make you more nervous
It?s a question of perception. The world cannot exist without your willingness to acknowledge it ? this will be true in the only reality you will ever know. The audience can only exist if you are willing to perceive it. The opinion of the audience only has whatever meaning you allow it. Therefore, you are, in principle, master of the universe. The issue is NOT what they think of you. It?s what YOU think of THEM. Why would their scrutiny frighten you? They are in the palm of your hand. This intractable truth is what you must cling to when you take the stage.
Don't pretend people aren't there,it doesn't work.Plus your mind will be focused on trying to ignore people, and not performing..which is FOR people! You just have to keep performing, and eventually, you'll become confident and comfortable with performing, but keep in mind that the butterflies most likely won't go away,it just comes with the fun and adrenaline rush with performing!:) <3
