Can i drink coconut water during cold or fever?

I need to drink a liquid else than water now,I have been drinking nothing else than water from a week now.Need something else to drink.Can you please suggest some other stuff to drink?Sorry for bad english,if anything wrong.

Yes you can. You can also drink sport drinks like Gatorade to help replenish your electrolytes. Some hot chicken broth or tea will help too. Ginger ale is good to if your stomach is a bit upset. I hope you feel better soon.

Drink some hot tea with lemon and honey if you like. Don't apologize for bad english, it's not necessary. :) Actually, it's perfect. And yes, you can drink coconut water.

Coconut water is actually an excellent choice, full of vitamins, nutrients and electrolytes!
Especially where you are ; the good fresh Coconut water!!
Gatorade also a good one for electrolytes while you are sick or exercising a lot but overall it just has too much "empty" Sugars.

Coconut water is good.
Drink hot soups and tea....nothing spicy..
