you go out and find something that makes you happy you half to go look for it and find it ,you think about stuff that have made you laugh or smile or that one person who makes you happy when your down,you do all the stuff you like to do,you watch funny stuff on tv or a movie,you write down the stuff that is making you down and fix it or leave it or get rid of it you
When something really gets me down I'll cry about it and make sure am away from everyone so they won't see like my family. I also just listen to music and stay alone in my room or walk around by myself so it can clear my mind and lend me some time to rethink somethings over about the problem or how I feel at the moment.. And I have my cat who I always pat and rub while in my room staring and thinking deep until I go to sleep finally. And I will talk to a good friend of mine about it in which seems to help out a whole lot.. And I will play some freaking awesome rocker zombie or monster games with my cousin who I am so close to and is like a big brother to me....
I cry it out and I just listen to my favorite songs and just sing my lungs out careless of the world. And then maybe I'll talk to a friend who can make me feel better. Also, I'll either go for a walk or run and bake :)
Well usually when ever I feel down I normally try to find away to calm myself down. I usually like to listen to music or go on a walk. and while on a walk I will say a prayer to God. I also like being able to get the chance to talk about it with my best friend. I love her so much and she is always there for me. She always takes such good care of me and I love her more than anything in the whole wide world !
