It's normal, you're just having a long period. It never went away, or you're spotting. But seriously, DO NOT post personal stuff online. This is coming from a 14 year old. And when you're young (like me) your period is going to be irregular. It took mine three while years to even out. So if you're worried, ASK YOUR MOM, not the Internet!

It is not normal to have your period repeatedly for eight days and again 3 days later. If you are experiencing this, I would advice you to visit a physician and have some test carried out to determine the cause.

I agree with SeanHolmes!!!! Please do not put personal things about your body online. I can understand your young and need advice , but there are other ways of getting it. Ask a trusted friend, family member, nurse in school about personal concerns. They will be able to guide you as to what you need help with. I feel like your afraid to ask your patents since this much time has gone by. Going to the Dr ASAP like the other person stated is a must. Please take care of your self!!!

I doubt it is a seperate cycle. You probably got your period, than it slowed down for a bit and stopped coming on that cycle and than started back up again. It's pretty normal, especially for 13. When you are younger, you period will be more irregular in the times it comes and lasts. Don't worry, it will get better as you get older

It's normal. It takes a while for your body to adjust to it, it could take a couple of years but everyone different..
