Does anyone have a good simple and fast chicken recipe?

Lay some chicken on a piece of foil, squirt some BBQ sauce on top, wrap up and toss in the oven at 350 for half an hour.

Salt and pepper the chicken and put in a oven or grill for 60-90 minutes (depends on the chicken's size) until it has a nice color. Eat the chicken. Done. :-)
