Can you get worms from eating raw noodles?

My dog loves eating raw noodles but I heard that you can get worms from them.

Noodles are mostly made from ground up grains that water is added to and then extruded through a press to make its shape and form. I am not sure how worms could be in them since the grains were ground to a pulp. Raw foods are a risk but pasta grains were ground down to a fine power form prior to making them noodles... not sure where any worms or larvae could hide!

No way! The only way you can get worms is from eating meats, particularly raw or undercooked fish.
