Is bigfoot real? No. Does this have anything to do with the question? No. We are not sure. It is a story passed on from generation to generation. It is unlikely to be totally real, but maybe it was real to a point.

It is believed that a real johnny apple seed did exist but his fantastic adventures perhaps not. Such as the story of when he beat the giant serpent. The story goes that he met a huge serpent but when the serpent bit him on the foot his callouses from walking were so thick that the serpent broke its fang and johnny was able to get away. Probably got away from a snake but it may have been a hognose snake or a poisonous one that didn't manage to penetrate. Legends do get exaggerated.

He is(was) quite real, although there are many exaggerated stories concerning his existence. Urbana University, in Ohio, has a small museum dedicated to his life. Sorry I don't have a link, but I'm sure it's out there.
