What is a really good way to build up my upper arm strength?

I want to build up my upper arm strength in time for softball, or during softball. What is something I could do quickly everyday to build it up overtime?

Do the 6 inch exercise , you have weights in each hand, lay on the floor on ur back and hold the weights 6 inches in the air for as long as you can. Really difficult us smaller weights at first

I think this will help me the most. I do have 6 pound weights and I use those later thanks!

Throw a weighted ball! It really helped strengthen my arm as a catcher
