Was Marie Curie involved in the Manhattan Project?

Curie died in 1934. Manhattan Project was from 1942-1945.

Sorry, just saw your comment. Without doing research, I would guess her major contribution was the discovery that atoms of certain materials contained energy in forms that scients were unaware of previously.
