I think its perfectly ok to take medicine prescribed accurately that can give you a better quality of life.Theres nothing wrong with that at all.But at first, taking the medicine for anxiety GIVES you anxiety, because since you are a thinking person, you think about that just like anything else.Maybe even "overthink".Its good you got something to help you.Nothing wrong with that at all.No matter what that medicine is called.
I don't think much of that situation at all. Quite apart from not knowing WHAT drug you have been prescribed, in my Clinic I work out what is causing your anxiety and remove the causes. That way you get better, your life if freed from mind-altering drugs (BAD news#$%&) and your brain is clear and fresh to face the challenges of modern living. Pills NEVER get rid of your anxiety - they just smother it in a drug-induced fog and you are left with BOTH the anxiety AND the side-effects of your medication. Please yourself if you want to use a chemical crutch, but there are other healthier ways to overcome anxiety, fear, anger, insomnia etc., etc.!
