Is 200 acres the same as 2.0 acres?

i am doing this a report on a place and when it was first built it was 200 acres and now it is 4.06 acres. is it bigger or smaller?
and also if 200 acres = 2.0 acres does that mean 4.06 acres is basically 406 acres? please help project due monday

2.0 acres is two acres. the point is because it's even. 2.5 acres would be two and a half for example.
