Aristotle proved that we are limited in our use of logic why after thousands of years do we continue to be irrational and fallacious beings?

I believe that all this would have to do with the understanding and literacy level in the present world. Others just tend to be ignorant or cultural. See http://www.abelard.org/category/category.php.

"We" collectively, not individually. The "Bee Hive" runs according to the mass intelligence, those which do fit the model are eliminated much like a pathogen within the body.

People don't want rationality or fact. They settle on belief or opinion very quickly and don't want you to bring up anything that will make them question that view. They want their view over truth. People don't like to admit when they're wrong and instead of wanting to learn something new, they shout you down or mock you, robbing their intellect of growing. If we were all more willing to learn from each other instead of casting aside the person with a difference of opinion, we might actually end up right instead of already thinking we are. (Reminds me of that movie Idiocracy with Luke Wilson. Not difficult to see how the screenwriter got the idea for it.)
