It might help if you turn you neck to different directions for several times everyday, and you might hear some "cracklings" from your neck and you will feel a little more comfortable because of this kind of exercises.
And just try to have a good rest, forget all your plan for future career and forget all your troubles with people if you can.
My mom has migraine issues and she usually takes a pill and takes a nap, that makes her feel better. Also she sometimes drinks coffee and her headache eases a bit, I don't know if it works but try it :) hope u get better
You didn't say how frequent your head hurts however, there is a pressure point between your thumb and pointer finger specifically for headaches and head pain. Find the tendon and press as hard as you can holding for as long as you can and then repeat. I am not going to put "fear" in you however, if your head hurts on a daily basis, which is not normal, you could try neck stretches to alleviate tension and stress. Also, if your head hurts on a daily basis, it is time to seek out a healthcare professional. Feel better.
