Teen losing weight? (Read description)
I am not one of those teens that want to look a bunch of weight, I just want to lose 7 pounds, but not using those terrible diets because I don't believe in teenagers using those. I work out a lot and eat healthy, but these extra seven pounds are not coming off. I am not self conscious or anything (don't worry), I just want to lose these to be at my goal weight. What should I do when I already exercise about 20 mins - 1 hour each day?
