Teen losing weight? (Read description)

I am not one of those teens that want to look a bunch of weight, I just want to lose 7 pounds, but not using those terrible diets because I don't believe in teenagers using those. I work out a lot and eat healthy, but these extra seven pounds are not coming off. I am not self conscious or anything (don't worry), I just want to lose these to be at my goal weight. What should I do when I already exercise about 20 mins - 1 hour each day?

Try eating some low glycemic foods, drink mostly water, and run 1-2 miles each day. Also, stay away from high carb foods.

Try lowering your carbs, and not drinking a lot of milk. It inflamates you so it makes it harder to lose weight.

I think that the extra weight on you is excess water weight. And the only way to lose that is to drink more water (believe it or not) .
Try to increase your water intake to 1 gallon a day. Do that every day and in a week, you will lose about 5 lbs of water weight ! keep on doing that till you lose 7 lbs.
Good luck :)
