-Drink Protein Shakes (they may taste nasty at first) -Exercise every other day until you build up muscle (this will make you look toned) -Eat lots of protein (meat, eggs, fish) -Do not eat unhealthy (it won't be good for your health or look) -Eat peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch every other day. -Don't push yourself too hard.
If you gain like, 122 pounds, and your goal weight is 130 pounds, you may want to gain 5 pounds, to go easy on yourself. Hoping to gain more than 5 pounds, will be too much stress for you. Keep an eye on your weight once every month to see if you gained some weight. It will usually take 3 months to reach your goal weight, depending on your genes and metabolism.
I'm 114 pounds; naturally skinny, and I've been trying to gain weight ever since.

Sumo wrestlers gain weight by exercising all morning on an empty stomach then eating two huge meals a day. You will be very hungry after the workout and will find it easy to eat a lot. They consume up to 20,000 calories a day. (Can't even imagine that). Eating 5 small meals a day is how you would lose weight. Also make sure your last meal is right before bed time. That way your body will turn the food into fat.
