protein drinks? Are solid proteins considered bad? I would rather get my proteins from my food, and hydrate from liquids. Don't get me wrong I dont live on meat and water alone. But I get plenty of protein in my diet, and I would really like to know the benefits and features of having a protein drink. Maybe a tofu fruit smoothy? Or a tofu veggie smoothy. But why not just eat a nice piece of fish some fruit and a nice glass of green tea?
