How can I boost my son's caloric intake but in a healthy way? He has the metabolism of a hummingbird.
In the last 12 months he's grown an inch or so but gained no weight whatsoever. I tried giving him a milkshake before bed like the doctor suggested, but my son is on the spectrum and has sensory issues...milkshakes are too cold. He doesn't do extreme cold foods or hot drinks like cocoa. Also, he doesn't like bacon, I know, weird. I really need some suggestions, HELPFUL suggestions. Thanks in advance :)
