Should I do a good workout before I go to sleep or when I wake up?
In the morning. It is bad to work out before you go to bed because then you have alot of energy and can't fall asleep. Also if you do it in the morning it will wake you up and you will be all pumped for the day. :) :)

It depends. Are you a morning? If yea then so it then and get it over with. You should workout when you have the most energy. Before bed could keep you awake.

Do whatever works for you. I saw on the news in the last couple of days that there was a study and it really doesn't matter what time of day you exercise.
both , because when you go to bed you could do twenty of everything(exercises) because it relaxes the nerves and muscles and tension

well, take a shower the night before then in the morning WORK OUT! and after that take a shower! it would make us very happy :)
