Go and talk to a Homeopath or Herbalist. Cramp Bark can be very useful and they will have some for you. More importantly you are Hypomagnesemic and your diet needs attention if you are to free yourself from spasms and cramps. If the questioner is female, then there are imbalances with the menses to correct, too. Which ALSO involves using Cramp Bark.
Yes, I agree that drinking water is important - but you need some electrolytes in the water as well - they call them 'sports drinks' I think. More pure water and frequent sips of electrolyte water is recommended. Severe cramps follow excessive loss of salt from sweating
