What should i get my brother for his 7th birthday

he wants it real special and the most special things are gifts so here is some tips of him:
he loves video games
his favorite color is blue and black
he's lazy :I
he likes ghostbusters, spongbob, and tom and jerry

awww, tell him I hope he has a very special birthday! Maybe you can get him a tom and jerry disc! Or.... you can get him a video game! I don't know what types he likes though...
