walking,running,diet,eatting drinking water before working out so you don't get dehydrated while working out so carry a water bottle if your a person like me who doesn't want to be alone you can invite friends or work out with family and you could walk back and forth in the mall you can do three things at once go shopping,working out and even getting supplies you need

Why would you want to get skinny? That isnt nor has ever been a good look for anyone. If you want to lose some weight... Do what is needed... but please dont go skinny. It not only isnt healthy... it is very unattractive.

This is my diet
1- tuna mixed with water 0 fat like 90 calories ( no olive oil 1 tea spoon is 14 fat) I cook it with vegetables like onions and yellow or red cold pepper and whatever green veggies I like. AND DON'T ADD SALT. . ( the total is like 250 with veggies and tuna) 2- 0 fat corn flakes ( i like the original one) with 0 fat cold milk without adding anything else like sugar. That's like 200 calories
3- chicken made with veggies like the tune without salt. I like eating the chicken with 0fat ketchup that is unsweetened and flavor it with some yellow delicious corn that is unsalted. ( that's like 350 calories or less)
4- egg whites without salt like 5 eggs should make you feel satisfied . ( that's less that 200 calories.
5- beans are your friends, check for fat and sugars . ( calories here depend on how much you eat, but I dought ill eat more that a 150calories from them.
6- of u crave bread, choose brown bread and yes, there is 0 fat bread out there each bread of toast about 100 calories
7- don't make the mistake of eating all fruits eat green apples and oranges ( about 110 calories)
